If an Order in your Pixieset Store is showing a Pending Fees status, this means that we were unable to collect the transaction fees for this Order from your PayPal Account's default payment method. Since we could not collect the transaction fees, the funds required for the Lab to fulfill the Order have not been received, and the Order cannot be sent to the Lab for processing.
The Order will remain on hold, and will not be processed until the payment issue is resolved.
To resolve this PayPal payment error:
- Log in to your PayPal account and update your default payment method (or make sure the account has sufficient funds).
- Go to your Pixieset dashboard and click on Retry to attempt the payment once again (Go to Store > Orders > View (beside the Pending Fees Order) > Retry).
