If you have set up the Custom Domain correctly with your DNS host, but you are still having trouble getting your Custom Domain to work, you might need to reset this field in Pixieset.
To reset your Custom Domain field, go to Account > Options > Custom Domain:
- Completely remove/delete the Custom Domain field, and click on Save.
- Enter your Custom Domain again, and click on Save.
The correct format for your custom domain entry should look like:
