All of your existing contacts will appear in your page (Studio Manager Dashboard > Contacts). You can click into any existing contact to review and manage their contact details and respective documents, sessions, and client galleries.
You can interact with any section to modify or add to it; in the top right hand corner of a contact’s profile, you will also have access to quick actions such as Edit contact, New document, New session, and Delete contact.

Your contact’s information, like their contact type and their contact details, are displayed at the top of the profile. You can modify any of this information by clicking the Pencil Icon in the top right hand corner. This will bring up an Edit Contact pop-up where you will be able to update your contact’s details.
Tip: Need to manually convert your contact to another contact type (e.g. from a lead to a client)? You can do this by simply clicking the contact type next to their name and selecting their new contact type.
All of your contact’s past payments will be listed under Payments. Each payment will display the amount paid, a description of its associated invoice, and the date of payment.
To access a drop-down of quick actions for a specific payment, click the More Options (•••) icon next to it. The options provided will depend on the type of payment, and can include:
- Send receipt: Send an email receipt to your contact with a custom subject and message.
- Record Refund: Change the payment's status to Refunded or Partially Refunded. Available only for manual payments.
- Refund: Issue a full or partial refund, and set the payment's status to Refunded or Partially Refunded. Available only for credit card payments.
- Delete: Permanently delete a payment from the associated invoice. Available only for manual payments.
You can also click directly into any specific payment to view its full details. For more information on reviewing payments, click here.
All of your contact’s documents are shown under Documents. You can click into any specific document to be taken to its full details. If you want to quickly create a document for your contact, you can do so by selecting the green + icon in the top right hand corner of this section.
You can also access a drop-down menu of quick actions for a specific invoice by clicking the More Options (•••) icon next to the invoice. Depending on the document type and status, these quick actions can include Edit, Duplicate, Download PDF, or Delete.
Client Gallery Collections
Any collections that your contact is linked to will be displayed in their Client Gallery Collections area. Clicking into any linked Collection will open that Collection in Client Gallery in a new tab.
If you want to link a collection to your contact, you can do this by going to your Client Gallery Dashboard. While editing the specific collection, click Collection Settings > Collection Client and assign your contact.

All your contact’s sessions will be listed under Sessions. Each session will display the name, status, and date of the shoot. You can click on the session to view its full details. For more information on managing a session, click here.
You can create and review private notes about your contact in the Note section. Notes are visible only to you in your Studio Manager Dashboard, and contacts can not see them. To add or edit a note, click the Pencil Icon in the top right hand corner.
