As we approach another busy holiday season, we’ve taken the time to prepare a list of holiday order deadlines. We recommend that you urge clients to place orders that they’d like to arrive for the holidays as soon as possible and to point to expedited shipping options to increase the chances of a timely arrival.
This page will be updated as we receive updated deadlines and information, so be sure to bookmark it and check back regularly!
Orders must be placed and approved (if you have Order Delay turned on) before the following dates for orders to arrive by Friday, December 22. The following dates are estimates only based on the production and shipping times quoted by the labs; please leave some extra time for any possible delays that can occur.

Print Lab Closures
While all labs are closed on statutory holidays, the following labs have extended closures in place during the holiday season:
Loxley Colour: December 22, 2023, to January 3, 2024
Atkins Pro: December 21, 2023, to January 8, 2024

Pixieset Office Closure
The Pixieset office will be closed from December 23, 2023, until January 2, 2024, so that our team can spend time with their loved ones during the holidays. We will have limited support available during this time to help with urgent issues. If you reach out to Pixieset Support between these dates, we appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we can.
Order Guidelines
Review Order Before Submission
Order Delay allows you to review orders and make changes before the orders are sent to the lab for production. Keep in mind that the orders will not be sent to production until approved (click on "Send Order") or the Order Delay period has ended. Be sure to review and approve all orders as quickly as possible, and have them submitted to the labs for production.
Order Changes and Cancellation Our lab partners pride themselves on fast turnaround time. Once an order is in production, usually no further adjustments can be made. You can cancel and make changes to an order while it is in 'Pending' or 'Order Delay' status through your dashboard.
Monitoring Order Status
Clients will see estimated production times, shipping estimates, and the Order Delay you’ve set for your Store (if applicable) at checkout and in their order confirmation email. They will also receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped so that they remain up to date!
