Our print lab partners (WHCC, ProDPI, Automatic Print Lab (US/CA)) are experiencing high demand and further increasing shipping costs as we enter the holiday season. FedEx, UPS, and the USPS have all implemented peak season surcharges. As a result, our lab partners are also implementing shipping surcharges to provide the best possible service during this time.

How does it work?
As of November 17, 2023, orders fulfilled by WHCC, ProDPI, and Automatic Print Lab (US/CA) will incur a peak season shipping surcharge that is dependent on the product cost and the shipping method selected at checkout. This increased shipping cost will be included in the shipping method cost shown to your clients at checkout automatically. Your clients will also see a message explaining that the peak season surcharge might have been added.
What is the surcharge amount?
The surcharge will depend on the items ordered along with the shipping method chosen at checkout. This is automatically calculated at checkout and included in your client's final shipping total. Your clients will also see a message explaining that the peak season surcharge might have been added.
Which labs does this apply to?
The peak season surcharges will apply to orders placed from price sheets fulfilled by:
- WHCC
- ProDPI
- Automatic Print Lab (US, CA)
Will this apply to Holiday Cards, Albums, or Book orders from a Miller's/Mpix price sheet? (US/CA)
WHCC is our cards, albums, and books partner and they produce/ship all card orders in the US/CA. If you offer cards, albums, or books through a Miller's/Mpix price sheet, these items will incur the surcharge as they are being fulfilled separately through WHCC.
We are working with our partners to ensure minimal disruption. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact support.
