As we head into the holidays, our print lab partners and their respective shipping partners have implemented peak season surcharges. These surcharges will go into effect on November 16, 2024, and allows our lab partners to provide the best possible service throughout the season.

How do surcharges work?
As of November 16, 2024, orders fulfilled by WHCC, ProDPI, and Automatic Print Lab (US/CA) will incur a peak season shipping surcharge that is dependent on the product cost and the shipping method selected at checkout. This increased shipping cost will be included in the shipping method cost shown to your clients at checkout automatically. Your clients will also see a message explaining that the peak season surcharge might have been added.
What is the surcharge amount?
The surcharge will depend on the items ordered along with the shipping method chosen at checkout. This is automatically calculated at checkout and included in your client's final shipping total. Your clients will also see a message explaining that the peak season surcharge might have been added.
Which labs does this apply to?
The peak season surcharges will apply to orders placed from price sheets fulfilled by:
- WHCC
- ProDPI
- Automatic Print Lab (US, CA)
Will this apply to holiday cards, albums, or book orders from a Mpix/Miller's price sheet? (US/CA)
Yes, the surcharge will still apply. WHCC is our lab partner for all cards, albums, and books so they will fulfill these specific items separately from the other products in a Mpix/Miller's price sheet.
We are working with our partners to ensure minimal disruption. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact support.
