Adding a video cover to your collections can create a powerful first impression for your clients. You can set this up by embedding a YouTube or Vimeo video as a background for your gallery cover. These videos will play on a loop with no sound, or can be viewed with sound fullscreen directly within the gallery.
If you are looking to upload videos to the collection instead, you can do so by following the instructions in our help article here.

Adding your video cover
If you have your video URL ready to go, you can easily add a video cover to any collection in your dashboard. You can read more about uploading the video to YouTube or Vimeo here.
- Go to your Collection > Settings > Design
- Click the arrow on the bottom right to navigate to More
From here, scroll through the Video Covers to select your preferred option, and click Change video:
A popup will appear where you can add your video URL. By default, the video will be set as both the background video and the fullscreen playback video. If you’d like to add a separate video for fullscreen playback, you can check the option and add the URL to the relevant field. You can also disable fullscreen playback from this modal if preferred.
Adding a Cover Photo for Mobile
You can set a Cover photo in place of the background video for people accessing their gallery from a mobile device.
