Once you've created a questionnaire within Studio Manager, you can send it to your client in 2 different ways, via email or via a direct link! This article will outline both of these options, and the steps involved with each one.

Sending and Scheduling your Questionnaire through Email
To send a client their questionnaire via email, click the Send Questionnaire button in the top-right hand corner.
On the Send Questionnaire page that appears, you can customize the email's subject line, as well as write out instructions or a personal message regarding the questionnaire.
While drafting your email, you will see a live update on the right showing all the changes you have made.
Once you are happy with your email, click Send to deliver it to your client! If you prefer to send your email at a later date, you can click Schedule and select a date and time from the available options.
When your customized questionnaire email is sent, your client can easily open the email in their inbox and click the View Questionnaire button to view and complete their questionnaire as required.

Sending your Questionnaire using a Direct Link
If you would prefer to manually send your client a direct link to their questionnaire, click the Send Questionnaire button in the top-right hand corner.
On the Send Questionnaire page, select the Send via Link option in the bottom left-hand corner.
Within the Get Unique Share Links pop-up window that appears, select Copy Link next to the unique URL, and paste and share the link with your client.
Resending a Questionnaire through Email or Direct Link
Once a questionnaire has been shared, you can resend it as an email or direct link at any time! Simply head to the Studio Manager Dashboard > Questionnaires and select the applicable questionnaire. From there, click the Share button in the upper right-hand corner.
If you are looking to resend your questionnaire via email, select the Resend Questionnaire option. If you are looking to re-share your questionnaire with a direct link, choose the Get Share Link option.
