Once you've created a quote within Studio Manager, you can send it to your client in 2 different ways, via email or via a direct link!

Sending and Scheduling your Quote through Email
To send a client their quote via email, click the Send Quote button in the top-right hand corner.
On the Send Quote page that appears, you can customize the email’s subject line, as well as write out instructions or a personal message regarding the quote.
While drafting your email, you will see a live update on the right showing all the changes you have made.
Once you are happy with your email, click Send to deliver it to your client! If you prefer to send your email at a later date, you can click Schedule and select a date and time from the available options.
When your customized quote email is sent, your client can easily open the email in their inbox and click the Review Quote button to view and accept their quote as required.

Sending your Quote using a Direct Link
If you would prefer to manually send your client a direct link to their quote, click the Send quote button in the top-right hand corner.
On the Send Quote page, select the Send via Link option in the bottom left-hand corner.
You can then click the Copy Link button within the Get Share Link pop-up window that appears, and easily paste and share the link with your client!
Resending a Quote through Email or Direct Link
Once a quote has been shared, you can resend it as an email or direct link at any time! Simply head to the Studio Manager Dashboard > Quotes and choose the applicable quote. From there, click the Share button in the upper right-hand corner.
If you are looking to resend your quote via email, select the Resend quote option.
If you are looking to re-share your quote with a direct link, choose the Get Share Link option.
