Accessing your Quotes page
To access all of your quotes, go to your Studio Manager Dashboard and select Quotes from the left-hand panel. You can click directly into any quote to view its full details.
Understanding Quote Statuses
When reviewing your quotes, each of them will be assigned a specific status depending on which stage of the process they are in.
- Draft: The quote hasn’t been sent to your client yet and is still in the editing stage.
- Open: The quote has been sent but it is still waiting to be accepted by the client.
- Accepted: The quote was sent, and has been fully accepted by the client.
- Canceled: The quote has been canceled. Your client can still view the quote but will no longer be able to accept it.
Note: Canceled quotes only appear in the Canceled section of the Quotes page.
Filtering and Sorting your Quotes
You can easily toggle between different views, depending on the quote status you wish to review.
You can also sort the quote by Name or Client (alphabetically), or date Created (oldest to newest, newest to oldest).
Managing your Quotes
There are two ways you can access additional management options for your quotes: through the ••• icon within the Quotes page, or through the Actions button within a specific quote.
Selecting Quick Actions within the Quotes page
For quick actions, simply click More Options (•••) to the far right of the quote to bring up a drop-down menu.
The quick actions provided will include:
- Edit: Make changes to the quote. Available for all quotes.

- Download PDF: Download a PDF version if you need to save a copy of the quote on your device or require a hard copy to print. Available for Open, Accepted, and Canceled quotes.
- Delete: Removes the quote from your account. This action cannot be undone; both you and your client will also no longer be able to access the quote. Available for all quote statuses.
Selecting actions within a specific Quote
To access the full range of actions, click into the specific quote. In the top right hand corner, click Actions to reveal a dropdown menu.
The actions provided in this dropdown menu will depend on the status of the quote, and can include:

Creating an Invoice related to an accepted Quote
When a quote is accepted, Studio Manager makes it easy to immediately create or view an invoice based off of it!
While viewing an accepted quote, you can click Create Invoice in the top right corner to generate a draft invoice based on the client’s quote selections.
Upon clicking Create Invoice, you will be immediately taken to the draft invoice which you can share or even modify further as required.
Viewing a quote’s created invoice
If the accepted quote has a related invoice created (either manually or via its Auto create invoice setting), you can view the invoice by clicking the View Invoice button in the top right corner.
