From your third-party calendar (Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.), you can easily subscribe to a calendar feed of your Studio Manager sessions, and keep track of upcoming dates. This article will go over how to manually set up a read only, one-way calendar feed for Studio Manager within your third party calendar.
If you are looking to set up a two-way sync with Google Calendar, use our Google Calendar Sync feature instead. Learn how to set this up in our “Syncing your Sessions with Google Calendar” article.

Subscribing your Sessions to your third-party calendar
To subscribe your sessions to a third-party calendar, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Calendar. Then, click Calendar Sync in the top right hand corner.
In the pop-up that appears, select Subscribe > Default Calendar to add a calendar feed containing all your sessions to your default calendar. Your default calendar is determined by your desktop and/or browser settings.
A new window will open to your default calendar. From there, you can follow the instructions provided by your calendar client to subscribe to your session type feed.
If you use Outlook, you can add a calendar feed containing your sessions to your Outlook Calendar using our dedicated Outlook option instead.
To subscribe a session type feed to your Outlook Calendar:
Click Subscribe > Outlook.
A new browser tab will open to your Outlook Calendar. In the pop-up that appears, review the details and select Import to confirm the subscription.
Once added, the subscribed calendar will appear in your Outlook Calendar’s left sidebar. By default, it will appear under Other calendars.
Note: Although updates should happen approximately every 6 hours, it can take more than 24 hours for Microsoft to show changes to your subscribed feed(s) in your Outlook Calendar.
Manually Subscribing via a Direct Link
If you have a different third-party calendar that you’d like to subscribe your session type feed to, you can set this up with a direct link. First, click Copy Link to save the direct link to your clipboard. From there, navigate to your third-party calendar to set up your subscription with the copied link.
