You can easily subscribe your sessions to a third-party calendar to keep track of your upcoming dates. This article will go over how to subscribe and sync each session type or one-off sessions to a calendar like Outlook or iCalendar.
Note: Subscribing with Google Calendar is not currently supported, but a dedicated integration for it is coming soon. The options provided below are intended for other third-party calendars such Outlook, iCalendar, etc.

Subscribing your Sessions to your third-party calendar
To subscribe your sessions to a third-party calendar, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Calendar. Then, click Subscribe in the top right hand corner.
In the pop-up that appears, you have the option to select a session type feed to subscribe to. In order to subscribe a specific session type feed to your default calendar (determined by your desktop and/or browser settings), click Subscribe > Default Calendar next to it.
A new window will open to your default calendar. From there, you can follow the instructions provided by your calendar to subscribe to your session type feed.
If you use Outlook, you can also subscribe your sessions to Outlook using its dedicated Subscribe option instead.
To subscribe a session type feed to your Outlook Calendar:
Click Subscribe > Outlook.
A new browser tab will open to your Outlook Calendar. In the pop-up that appears, review the details and select Import to confirm the subscription.
Once added, the subscribed calendar will appear in your Outlook Calendar’s left sidebar. By default, it will appear under Other calendars.
Note: It can take more than 24 hours for Outlook to show changes to your subscribed feed(s) in your Outlook Calendar, although updates should happen approximately every 6 hours
