Each quote that you create comes with an Auto create invoice setting automatically toggled on.

With this setting, our system will automatically create a draft invoice assigned to your client based on their accepted quote. All of your client’s selected quote items will be copied over to the invoice, and the total due will be calculated based off it.

Once created, the draft invoice will automatically appear in your Invoices page, where you can review and send it out to your client to secure your payment.

Tip: Regardless of whether you have this setting on, you can always manually create an invoice based on any accepted quote by viewing the quote in your Dashboard and clicking Create Invoice in the top right corner!
