Your clients can tap their card or phone to complete their purchase, giving you both a more convenient and secure way to handle in-person payments.

Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Apple Pay

Transaction Limits
There are some limits and extra steps for contactless payments, depending on the client’s card and location:
- Canada: There is typically a CA$250 limit for contactless payments.
- US: Larger transactions may prompt the client to enter their card PIN securely on your device.
If the PIN prompt fails or the contactless limit is reached, the Studio Manager App will automatically display a QR code. Clients can scan it with their phone to complete the payment on their own device.

- Ensure your device has a passcode or screen lock set up
- Location access must be turned on (and Precise Location for Android).
- NFC must be enabled on Android.
- On iPhone, you must accept the Tap to Pay on iPhone Terms & Conditions during setup.
- Your Pixieset Payments country and invoice currency must match the Business Country listed in your Pixieset Profile.
