Choosing a site template
When you start with Pixieset Website, you will first choose a starting template to serve as the foundation of your site.
We recommend choosing a template that best represents your brand style. Business templates are ideal for presenting your brand and full range of services, portfolio templates emphasize your work and contact information, and one-page templates organize all content on a single page.

Switching to a new site template
If you’re looking for a complete refresh for your site, changing to a new template is a great option. This will create a draft site which you can work on separately without impacting your live site. You can take your time migrating existing blog posts and perfecting your page layouts before publishing your brand new site design.
- In your website builder, go to Design.
- Hover over your current template and click Try a New Template.
- Select a new template to start building your site from.
Note: When switching from a classic template to a new template, your site content will not transfer to the new draft site due to the advanced customization options. However, if you are switching from one classic template to another, your content will carry over.
