This guide contains 3 tutorial videos that cover different ways of connecting a custom domain to your Client Galleries. If you don’t currently own a domain, the first video will show you how you can purchase your own domain from IONOS through your Pixieset Settings and automatically connect it to your website. The second video will demonstrate how to automatically connect a domain that you already own using Entri.

Early access: Automatic domain connection is currently in early access and may not be available in your account yet. If you do not see the options below, watch the third video for the manual set-up instructions instead.

Before you start, you will need a paid Client Gallery or Suite plan to connect a custom domain. If you already own a domain, have the login credentials for your domain hosting account handy. You can also find all steps and information in our written guide here.

Purchasing a Custom Domain

Automatically connecting an existing domain

Pixieset's integration with Entri makes it easy to automatically connect a domain you already own to your client galleries. For most domain hosts, you will not need to manually locate or update its DNS records.

Manually connecting an existing domain

If your host is not supported by Entri or you prefer to set up DNS yourself, you can still use the manual method by setting up the DNS yourself. The required DNS information for the manual method is listed below the video for reference.
