To help websites load faster, your internet browser saves temporary copies of pages, images, and other media in web cache. It also stores details like autofill data as cookies.
These browser features improve loading times for your convenience, but they can occasionally cause issues to sites you visit often, including Pixieset. For example, a page may not load correctly, or uploading an image to a collection does not function as expected.
If refreshing the page doesn’t fix the problem, clearing your browser cache and cookies usually resolves it. This guide will show you how to do that for your specific browser.

2. Deactivate your third-party extensions and reload your webpage. Some desktop or browser extensions may interfere with cookies and other site data on your pages. By deactivating them temporarily, you can pinpoint if your extensions are causing the issues.
3. Switch to a different browser and/or device. Generally, cached content and cookies do not sync between different browsers and devices. Temporarily switching to another supported browser/device may bypass the issue you are experiencing.
