To help you browse and load webpages faster, all popular internet browsers will store copies of pages, images, and media content you visit into a web cache. Other information, such as site preferences and auto-fill information, are automatically saved by your browser as online cookies. While these functions are valuable, there are rare cases where they can cause issues for webpages you frequently visit, including those on the Pixieset platform. For example, a page may not load correctly, or uploading an image to a collection does not function as expected.
In these scenarios, if refreshing your browser page does not help, then clearing your browser’s cache and cookies should resolve the issue. This article contains instructions on how to do this, depending on your specific browser.

Additional Troubleshooting Tips
If you have cleared your cache and cookies but are still experiencing issues in your browser, here are some tips that may help:
1. Update your browser to the latest version. This ensures that you have the latest updates from your browser provider, including bug fixes and security patches, which may improve your experience. For additional assistance on updating your browser, see the following articles from common browser providers:
2. Deactivate your third-party extensions and reload your webpage. Some desktop or browser extensions may interfere with cookies and other site data on your pages. By deactivating them temporarily, you can pinpoint if your extensions are causing the issues.
3. Switch to a different browser and/or device. Generally, cached content and cookies do not sync between different browsers and devices. Temporarily switching to another supported browser/device may bypass the issue you are experiencing.
