Available Pixieset subscriptions
- Every Pixieset product includes a free plan that is available forever.
- Pixieset offers two ways to upgrade when you need to:
- Individual product plans for Client Gallery, Website, and Studio Manager.
- The all-in-one Suite plan, which includes every product in a single subscription at a bundled, discounted price.
- Subscriptions are available at a monthly or yearly rate. Yearly plans offer up to a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate.
- Additional video storage can be added to paid Client Gallery and Suite plans as an optional add-on.
How billing and renewals work
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Your card on file will be charged.
- Monthly plans renew on the same calendar day each month. If you change or add monthly subscriptions mid-cycle, you will see a prorated charge and your billing date stays the same.
- Yearly plans renew once per year on their original purchase date. Each yearly subscription is billed separately.
- You can switch plans at any time from your account’s billing page.
Note: Your billing date may change when switching between monthly and yearly billing, or when moving to or from the Suite plan.
Switching subscriptions
When you change between paid plans, the unused time from your current billing cycle is automatically pro-rated and credited towards your new subscription. Any remaining credit will be saved for future invoices.
To change your subscription:
- Go to Profile Icon > Billing.
- Click Change Plan next to your subscription.
- Choose your new plan and billing cycle.
- Confirm your subscription change.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling fully ends the subscription and removes access to that product. We recommend reviewing your account before cancelling.
To cancel:
- Go to Profile Icon > Billing.
- Click Change Plan next to your subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Note: Refunds are not issued for account cancellations. For yearly subscriptions, you can choose to cancel at the end of the cycle instead of immediately.
If your subscription needs attention
If we are unable to process your renewal due to a card decline, we will notify you via email. To avoid interruptions to your service:
- Update your payment method from your billing page. When you update your credit card, any unpaid invoices will be retried automatically.
- If your card is still declined, contact your bank to allow the charge. To protect your privacy, your bank cannot tell us the reason for the declined payment.

Do I need a credit card on the free plan?
No. You can sign up for a free account for Pixieset without entering credit card details.
What payment methods does Pixieset accept?
Pixieset accepts the following payment methods for paid subscriptions:
- Visa credit and debit cards
- MasterCard credit and debit cards
- American Express credit cards
- Discover credit cards
The card used will be kept on file and charged again automatically when your subscription renews.
How do I update my payment or business information?
To update your payment information, select Update Credit Card on the billing page.
You can change the business details shown on invoices in to your profile settings.
Can I turn off automatic renewals?
You can disable auto renewals if you are on a yearly subscription. When canceling your yearly plan, you have the option to cancel immediately or keep your subscription active until the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I view the invoices for my Pixieset subscription?
You can view invoices and receipts for your subscription in your account’s billing page (Profile Icon > Billing).
