Studio Manager makes it easy for you to sign your own contracts! This article will go over how to sign your own contract, as well as how to manually remove yourself as a signer if needed.

Adding your signature to a contract
For contracts that require your signature, you have the option to add your signature while your contract is still in Draft status, or at any time after it has been sent (i.e. Awaiting Signature or Countersign status).
Signing a draft contract
To sign a draft contract, simply click Actions > Add signature while editing the contract. A separate browser window will open, where you can scroll down to the end of your contract to add your signature.
Once your signature has been added this way, it will be visible to your client when you send the contract to them.
Signing a sent contract
To sign a sent contract, click into the specific contract from your Contracts page. Then, click Sign Contract in the top right hand corner. A separate browser window will open, where you can scroll down to the end of your contract to add your signature.
Removing yourself as a signer
By default, you will be included as a signer when creating a new contract. If you do not require yourself to sign a contract though, you can manually remove yourself as a signer as long as the contract is still in Draft or Awaiting Signature status.
To do this, edit your contract from your Contracts page by clicking More Options (•••) to the far right of the contract.
While editing your contract, go to the Signers in the left-hand panel and click (More Options) ••• > Remove Signer next to your business name.
Displaying a full name under your signature line
By default, your account’s business name will appear under your the signature line of your contract. If you’d like to also display your first name and/or last name under your signature line, you can definitely do so!

From your Studio Manager Dashboard, go to Settings > Profile > Edit Business Profile to locate your account’s Profile page.

Under your account’s profile settings, fill out the First Name and Last Name fields as required.

Once your information has been added, click the Save button that appears next to each applicable field to apply the changes.
Once your name has been added and saved, it will appear under the signature line of new contracts, moving forward.
