To help save time, Pixieset has a great feature within Client Gallery called Collection Defaults! Collection Defaults allow you to pre-configure a number of different Collection settings (Download, Privacy, Store, etc.) and save them as a Default. When creating a new Collection, you can simply select from your Custom Defaults to automatically have the settings you've set up applied.
You are also able to create multiple Collection Defaults within your account! If you shoot both Wedding and Newborn photography, you can easily create different Collection Defaults to accommodate the specific settings you would like to offer depending on the client. For example, you may choose to offer Wedding clients the option to complete a Full Gallery Download for free, whereas your Newborn clients may be required to purchase a Package from your Store.

Collection Settings: Collection Settings refer to general aspects of the Collection, including pre-creating Category Tags, customizing Photo Set names, setting a Default Watermark, and enabling Email Registration. You can also choose to add Gallery Assist, include Social Sharing Buttons, set up an Auto Expiry Reminder Email, and even select a default Language.

Download: Within this area, you can manage the Gallery Download and Single Photo Download options and select which specific resolution sizes are available for each.
Favorite: These settings control whether clients are able to mark their favorite photos (Favorite Status), and if they can add a note to the photos they have favorited (Notes).
Store: Lastly, the Store category allows you to decide if the Pixieset Store is On by default (Store Status) and even select which specific Price Sheet will be assigned to these Collections. Additionally, if an Automatic Fulfillment Price Sheet is selected, you can choose to enable or disable our Personalized Product Preview feature.

The next time you click the + New Collection button within your Client Gallery Dashboard, you can easily select your preferred Collection Default from the drop-down menu and have the settings you've set up automatically applied!
