Adding a scheduling link to your Pixieset Website is the simplest way to turn a site visitor into a booked and paying client. This guide will cover two ways you can secure bookings through your website.
On this page:
Before you start
- Set up and publish services in Studio Manager so clients can book you. Learn more about creating session types here.
- Connect a payment method to your booking flow as it allows you to get paid for your photography work. While optional, it is a highly recommended step. Learn more about the available options here.
Adding a booking block
Note: Booking blocks are available on any site template, with the exception of classic themes.
To start accepting bookings on your website, simply use a booking block.
-
In the site builder, add a block from the Booking category.
- Select the session type to display.
- Publish your website so your latest changes go live. This will allow you to test the block in your Pixieset Website and test out your visitors’ booking experience.
Linking your booking pages
You can easily connect your booking pages to your website by adding a direct link. For an example, see our demo here.
-
From your Session Types page in Studio Manager, copy the direct link to your session or booking site.
-
In the site builder, add the link to your site menu or any part of your existing page content. Learn more about creating links on your website here.
- Publish your website so your latest changes go live. This will allow you to test the link in your Pixieset Website and test out your visitors’ booking experience.
