An organized contact form is instrumental in creating new connections with potential clients interested in working with you. With Pixieset Website, you can add built-in contact forms to any page of your site to immediately begin collecting inquiries.
Note: The ability to automatically generate contacts and store submissions in Studio Manager requires a Studio Manager form. Learn more here.

Receiving submissions
All form submissions are automatically compiled in an exportable format in your site builder. To view your submissions, go to Settings > Form Submissions. A copy is also sent to your contact email.
Note: If you do not have a contact email set up in your profile, submissions are sent to your account email instead.
Using a Studio Manager form on your site
As an alternative to your website’s built-in contact forms, Studio Manager offers contact forms that automatically generate leads in your contact list and store submissions in Inbox.
If you have a Studio Manager form, you can add it to your website in two ways:
- Provide a direct link to your form on your site menu or page. Learn more about linking here.
- Embed your form on a site page (available on the Pro Website Plan or the Pro/Ultimate Suite Plan). Learn more about embedding your form here.
