This article assumes that you have followed the Setting up your Store article. If you still do not see your store activated, you want to make sure that you global store status and individual collection store settings are both on.
Step 1: Global store status
- From your dashboard, go to Store > Settings.
- Turn on Global Store Status.
- Go to Step 2: Collection store settings.
Step 2: Collection store settings
- From your dashboard, go to Client Gallery > Select your collection.
- Under the settings tab, click on Store settings.
- Make sure that your Store Status is turned on.
