Sign in with Apple is a fast and secure way to sign in to Pixieset using your existing Apple Account (formerly Apple ID), provided that it uses the same email address as your Pixieset account.

New users
If you don’t have a Pixieset account yet, you can create one with your Apple Account:
- On the sign-up page, click Sign up with Apple.
- Enter your Apple Account credentials to create your new, free Pixieset account.
Note: If you choose Apple’s Hide My Email feature while creating your account, Apple will create a unique, randomized email address for you. Emails that Pixieset sends to this account email will be forwarded to your Apple Account email address.
Existing users
You can connect your Pixieset account to your Apple Account, provided they both use the same email address. Once set up, you will be able to use the Sign in with Apple option to login moving forward (pre-existing login methods will remain unaffected).
Important: Before you connect, confirm that your Pixieset account email uses the same email address as your Apple Account. Otherwise, you will not be able to connect your Apple Account to your existing Pixieset account.
To connect your existing Pixieset account to your Apple Account:
- Log in to Pixieset and go to your account settings (Profile Icon > Account).
- Under Social Login, click Connect and enter your Apple Account's credentials.
- Select Share My Email to connect your Pixieset account. You must select ‘Share My Email’ if you want to connect your Apple Account to your existing account. Selecting ‘Hide My Email’ will create a brand new account instead.
- Click Continue. You will be automatically redirected to your Pixieset Dashboard once your Pixieset account and Apple Account are successfully linked.
Troubleshooting
- I forgot my Apple Account password. Can I still log in?
- I see an “Unable to Connect” message. Why?
- I keep getting asked to create a new account when trying to connect my Apple Account.
- I connected my Apple Account but when I log in, my account is now empty.
I forgot my Apple Account password. Can I still log in?
If you can’t remember your Apple Account password, you can reset it by following Apple’s guide.
Alternatively, if you have a separate set of login credentials (e.g. Sign in with Google or a Pixieset username/password), you can use that to log into your Pixieset account instead. For additional assistance, contact support@pixieset.com.
I see an “Unable to Connect” message. Why?
If you encounter this message while trying to connect your Pixieset account to Apple, it means that your account email and Apple Account do not match. You will need to select a different Apple account or update your account email.
If your Apple Account matches your Pixieset account email but you chose the “Hide My Email” option when connecting, you will need to disconnect the randomized email Apple assigned to your Apple Account before you’re able to try connecting again. To disconnect your Apple Account, follow our guide here.
I keep getting asked to create a new account when trying to connect my Apple Account.
If you select ‘Hide My Email’ instead of ‘Share My Email’ when connecting your Apple Account, Pixieset will not be able to link your Apple Account to your existing Pixieset account. You will need to disconnect from Pixieset within your Apple Account's settings before trying again.
To disconnect your Apple Account, see our guide here.
I connected my Apple Account but when I log in, my account is empty.
If you are seeing an empty account when using Sign in with Apple, your Apple Account is using a different email address than your existing Pixieset account so a brand new account was created. In order to use Sign in with Apple, your Apple Account must use the same email address as your Pixieset account.
To return to your existing Pixieset account, log in using a different method than Sign in with Apple. If you want to try connecting your existing Pixieset account to Apple again, follow the steps here.
