At Pixieset, we are strongly committed to providing reliable image security while maintaining the integrity of your account. When you first create a Pixieset account, our system will remember your location and the device you used to sign up. Whenever there is a new login attempt from an unrecognized device or location, we will send a New Login message to your Account Email Address. This email may include a verification code that will need to be entered to verify your identity.
Locating your Verification Code
If you are having trouble receiving your Login Verification Code, the following steps should help you locate the email and get you logged in:
- Ensure you are checking the correct inbox for the email address associated with your Pixieset account.
- Search your inbox for the sender ’info@pixieset.com’ or for the subject line 'New login attempt to Pixieset'.
- Search your junk/spam folder for the same.
- Check back in a few minutes.
To ensure that you receive all emails from Pixieset, you may need to add us to your Safe Senders list; the emails that we send will come from info@pixieset.com, mailer@pixiesetmail.com, and notifications@pixiesetmail.com.
Unrecognized Login Attempt
In the event that you do not recognize a login attempt, we recommend updating your password immediately to ensure the security of your account. For an added layer of protection, you can also enable Two-Factor Authentication for your Pixieset Account. This will prompt you to enter a code generated by your authenticator app each time you log in from an unrecognized device.
Tip: You can review the devices and browsers for your active login sessions by going to your Account Page and scrolling down to the Account Security section. Here, you will also be able to remove any sessions that you do not recognize.
