In order to connect your Pixieset account to Apple, your Pixieset account email and Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) need to match.
If you have a matching Apple Account but selected “Hide My Email” instead of “Share My Email” when initially connecting, you will need to disconnect the randomized email Apple assigned to your Apple Account before you’re able to try connecting again.
On your Mac/PC:
- Sign in to account.apple.com and go to Sign-In & Security.
- Click Sign in with Apple and select Pixieset from your list of signed in accounts.
- Click Stop using Sign in with Apple.
After you confirm, the randomized Apple Account will be disconnected from Pixieset. You are now free to connect your Apple Account to your existing Pixieset account by following our instructions here, if needed.
On your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Sign in with Apple (or Sign in & Security > Sign in with Apple) to review your list of signed in accounts.
- Select Pixieset from your list of accounts.
- Tap Delete (or Stop using Apple ID).
After you confirm, your Apple Account will be disconnected from Pixieset. You are now free to connect your Apple Account to your existing Pixieset account by following our instructions here, if needed.
