Reviewing reports
Studio Manager provides access to reports in two primary areas: your Home and Reports pages.
Home dashboard summary
Your homepage in Studio Manager provides a snapshot of your total revenue (estimated revenue before fees are deducted). Use the dropdown menus to filter by currency and any custom range, like USD payments in the last four months.
In-depth reporting page
For full insight into your payments, go to Payments > Reports. Along with a summary of your payments in Studio Manager, the data is automatically compiled into the following graphs and charts:
- Total revenue: See your estimated income before fees and refunds are deducted
- Net revenue: See your earnings; this is the profit you take home after applicable fees, refunds, and disputes
- Payment method breakdown: Review which payment option customers choose to pay their invoices
- Tips & Taxes: See how much you received from clients; this is helpful for bookkeeping and tax filing
Tip: Use the filters at the top of the page to view your reports within a specific timeframe.
Managing payment data
To better understand your income and trends, you can review specific invoices and transactions directly, as well as export your all-time payment data.
Filtering invoices
In Payments > Invoices, use the filters to view invoices by a specific period (e.g. month to date) or status (e.g. outstanding).
Note: Invoice totals reflect the full amount billed to clients, before any fees, refunds, or disputes are applied.
Exporting transactions
In Payments > Transactions, use the filters to view transactions by a specific period (e.g. month to date) or status (e.g. paid, refunded).
You can click Export to download your full payments data. This export is especially useful if you need to report your income for tax purposes or share past transactions with an accountant. Learn more about the CSV file here.
