With Studio Manager’s invoice header field feature, you can easily add custom business information, like identification numbers (e.g. VAT, ABN, etc.), to the header of your invoices’ PDFs. This article will explain how to access, add, and view invoice header fields.
If you want to change your default business information (e.g. Business Name, Email Address, etc.) which appears in the invoice header, go to your Profile Settings here.

Setting up your Invoice Header Fields
You can access invoice header fields by going to your Studio Manager Dashboard > Settings > Preferences.
To create your custom invoice header field:

Under Invoice Header Fields, click +Add header field to create your first header field.

For each header field, there are two required sections to fill out with your custom information: Field name and Field value.
The field name section is where you will label the header field (e.g. “VAT Number”).
The field value section is where you will input the corresponding value for the header field (e.g. “GB123456789”).

When both sections are filled in, the invoice header field will automatically save and apply to all newly created invoices moving forward.
To create additional invoice header fields, click +Add another field. You can have up to four custom invoice header fields in total.
To delete an existing invoice header field, simply click the X next to the field.
What will the client see?
When your client downloads a PDF of their invoice, the custom invoice headers will appear in the top right-hand header of their invoice, underneath the invoice number and document dates.
