Bulk sharing collections lets you quickly send multiple collections to their respective recipients in one workflow. Each client receives an email with their own gallery link. This is especially useful for high-volume workflows like mini sessions, school photography, or events.
This article outlines how to bulk share collections within a folder, how to set recipients, and what to expect during the sharing process.

Bulk sharing collections in a folder
Bulk sharing takes place within a folder, where each collection is sent to its assigned recipients.
Tip: Streamline your uploading process by first creating collections in bulk.
To bulk share collections:
- From the folder, click Share > Share collections.
- Review the recipient list and add email addresses as needed. Click Next.
- Customize your email and select the collection information (e.g. download PIN) you’d like to include. Then, click Send.
Managing recipients
Bulk sharing recipients may include:
- Existing collection contacts: These cannot be edited or removed during this workflow. To make changes, update the contact within the collection before sharing.
- Manually entered email addresses: Additional email addresses can be added for each collection during the review step. These are used for sending only and are not saved as contacts.
Note: Collections without recipients will be skipped during bulk sharing.
Previewing the email experience
Each recipient receives an individual email for their specific collection. Bulk sharing uses the same email system as individual collection sharing.
When setting up the bulk email, you can:
- Customize your message or apply an email template
- Use Preview as recipient to review the client experience
