Create a gallery for your client
In Client Gallery, each gallery is organized as a collection for a client, event, or project. You can divide a collection into sets so clients can move between parts of a shoot, such as the ceremony, portraits, and reception. Folders can bring related collections together for repeat clients or larger projects. If you photograph mini sessions, schools, events, or other high-volume work, bulk tools let you create multiple collections from desktop folders or a CSV instead of setting them up individually.

Upload photos, GIFs, and videos
Upload photos, GIFs, and videos directly from your device, then continue working while Pixieset processes the files. Client Gallery supports numerous image and video formats, giving you flexibility in how you present and deliver your work. You can also publish photos from Lightroom Classic with the Pixieset plugin or send finished photos directly from Pixieset Photo Editor. For high-volume projects, bulk uploading can create and populate multiple collections from organized desktop folders in one workflow.

Customize your gallery’s design
In Pixieset, each gallery can reflect both your photography style and the client or occasion it represents. Choose from a variety of covers, typography, color schemes, and grid layouts to suit your work. If you regularly use the same design choices, save them in a collection preset and apply that setup to future galleries.

Set up privacy and download settings
Client Gallery offers several layers of privacy, so a gallery can be shared only with your client, with your client and selected visitors, or with a broader audience. Depending on the experience you want to create, you can hide a collection from your homepage, add a collection password, or even separate client-only content from guest content. Download settings give you similar control over who can download photos or videos, which files and sizes are available, and whether a download PIN or other restrictions apply.

Allow proofing with favorite lists
Favorite lists can support your proofing process from the client’s first selection through to your next production step. You can enable favorites, allow notes, and create preset lists with selection limits when clients need to choose a specific number of photos. Clients can review the gallery, organize their choices into one or more lists, add feedback, and send their completed selections to you. From the collection’s activity area, you can review their lists, copy or export filenames, download selected photos, or send the chosen images onward.

Sell digital downloads and printed products
Turn on Store for a collection to sell digital downloads directly from your client’s gallery. You can offer individual photos or the full gallery in your preferred resolution, with files delivered automatically after purchase. You can also sell prints and other physical products, with automatic fulfillment available through Pixieset’s professional lab partners (in supported locations).

Share your gallery with your client
Once a gallery is ready, choose the sharing method that fits the client and project. Send a personalized email invitation from Pixieset, copy a direct link for use in your own message, or provide a QR code that clients can scan from their device. Email campaigns can help you notify registered visitors or reach a wider audience, while bulk sharing lets high-volume photographers send multiple collections to their respective recipients in one workflow. If you only need to share a specific selection of photos, Quick Share links provide a simple way to send those images without sharing the entire gallery.
