In Client Gallery, there are several ways to share your collections depending on how you’d like your clients to access them. You can send galleries directly by email, share a copyable link or QR code, create Quick Share links for selected photos, or send multiple collections at once using bulk sharing. Each option gives you flexibility to match your workflow and your clients’ needs.

Sharing by email

Sharing by email lets you send a personalized invitation directly to your client’s inbox, complete with optional collection details like password or download PIN.

To share a collection via an email invite:

1. Open your collection and click Publish.
2. Enter your client’s email address, or select an existing contact.
3. Add your message to the email body, or choose an email template.
4. Under Include collection info, select any details you’d like to include, such as the collection password or download PIN.
5. Click Send to deliver your collection.

Tip: Want to send your collection later? Click the downward arrow next to the Send button to schedule your email for a future date and time.

Sharing by direct link

Sharing by direct link allows you to copy and send a collection URL through text messages, social media, messaging apps, or any other communication method.

To copy a collection’s direct link:

1. Click the downward arrow next to the Share button.
2. Select Get direct link.
3. Click Copy next to Collection URL.

Tip: If the collection has privacy measures such as a collection password or download PIN, you have the option to copy these details as well.

Sharing by QR code

Sharing by QR code gives clients a quick way to open a collection by scanning the code with their mobile device. This method is great for moments when you are physically with the client.

To generate a QR code for your collection:

1. Click the downward arrow next to the Share button.
2. Select Get QR code.
3. Click Download to save the QR code.

Sharing specific photos with Quick Share links

Quick Share links let you share selected photos from a gallery without giving access to the entire collection. This is useful for sharing images with vendors, collaborators, potential clients, or publications. 

To create a Quick Share link for a collection:

1. In the collection, select the photos you’d like to share.
2. In the action bar, click the Quick share icon.
3. In the pop up, click Copy to save the quick share link to your clipboard.

Tip: Click Additional Downloads in the pop up to toggle high resolution downloads.

Bulk sharing collections

Bulk sharing collections lets you quickly send multiple collections to their respective recipients in one workflow. This is especially useful for high-volume workflows like mini sessions, school photography, or events.

To bulk share a collection:

1. From the folder, click Share > Share collections.
2. Review the recipient list and add email addresses as needed. Click Next.
3. Customize your email and select the collection information (e.g. download PIN) you’d like to include. Then, click Send.
