Studio Manager’s email templates allow you to save custom messages that you use frequently in your photography workflow. Instead of starting from scratch whenever you send an email to a client, just apply your template to save time.

Creating an Email Template
Email templates are a perfect solution for any communications you send out repeatedly in Studio Manager, such as document and session emails. To prepare an email template:

Go to Templates and in the top right, click New Template > Emails.

In the email composer, set up your template. Give the template a name and subject line, then start typing out your custom message. Highlight any text in the email body to format it (e.g. bold, italicize, hyperlink, etc.).
Your email template will automatically save as you write. Once complete, it will be listed under Templates > Emails to review and modify at any time.
Applying a Template
When sending an email in Studio Manager, click Insert Email Template and select your template to apply it to the email. You will always have the option to customize your email further before sending it.
