As we approach another busy holiday season, it’s important to plan ahead to ensure your clients receive their orders on time. We’ve compiled estimated order deadlines from each lab partner below for orders to arrive by Thursday, December 24.
Important: Place and approve orders before the dates listed below and choose expedited shipping when possible. These deadlines are estimates and do not guarantee delivery timelines.

Order guidelines
During the holiday season, keep the following order guidelines in mind for a smooth experience:
Reviewing orders before production: Use Order Delay to check and approve orders before they are sent to the lab. Make sure to review and confirm each order promptly to avoid production delays.
Changing or cancelling an order: You can edit or cancel orders from your dashboard while they are in Pending or Order Delay status. Once an order is in production, no further adjustments can be made.
Tracking orders: Clients can see estimated shipping and production times while shopping, at checkout, and in their confirmation email. They will also receive tracking updates once the order ships.

Not sure which print lab you're using? To confirm your print lab:
- Go to Store > Products.
- Click your price sheet.
- See your lab under Fulfillment.

Holiday order deadlines
Orders submitted after the deadlines will pause production during any closures and resume once the lab reopens.
Important: Recommendations may be subject to change. These are estimates based on the lab's current production and shipping times.
