- Click ••• > Settings.
From here, you can review and update the settings described below.
Basic page settings
These settings control how your page appears and can be accessed on your website.
Basic page settings include:
- Page Name: The name displayed for your page in your website's navigation menu.
- Page Status: Choose whether your page is online, offline, or password protected to control visitor access.
- Menu Visibility: Control whether your page is visible, hidden in the site menu, or only shown in the footer menu.
- Show Page Header and Footer: Choose whether to display your website's header and footer on this page.
Note: Page Status and Menu Visibility serve different purposes. Hiding a page from your menu does not prevent visitors from accessing it through its direct link. Learn more about privacy options for your website.
SEO and social page settings
These settings help control how your page is identified and displayed in search engine results.
-
URL Slug: Customize the portion of the page's URL that identifies it, such as
/aboutinyourdomain.com/about. - Page Title: Title of the page as it appears in search engine results and top of the browser window.
- Page Description: Add a description that search engines may display beneath your page title in search results.
- Hide Page from Search Engines: Request that search engines exclude this page from their search results.
- Social Image: Upload or select an image to represent your page when its URL is shared on social media or other platforms that support link previews.
For additional website-wide SEO settings, visit your SEO Manager.
Note: Search engines control when their results are updated. Changes to your page's SEO settings may not appear in search results immediately
