Once you've created a price sheet, you can assign it to your collections. Each collection can have one price sheet assigned, which determines the products and pricing clients see when they shop from that collection.

You can assign a price sheet to an individual collection, update multiple collections at once, or apply one to all existing collections. You can also set a default price sheet for new collections.

Assigning a price sheet to one collection

To assign a price sheet to an individual collection:

1. From Collections, open the collection.
2. Go to Settings > Store.
3. Under Price Sheet, select the price sheet you want to use.

Assigning a price sheet to multiple collections

You can use bulk editing to assign the same price sheet to multiple existing collections at once:

1. Open the Collections page or any folder.
2. Hover over a collection and click the circle in the top-left corner.
3. Select any other collections you want to update.
4. From the action bar at the bottom, click ••• > Edit settings.
5. In the Bulk Edit pop-up, click Store > Price Sheets.
6. Select the price sheet you want to use.
7. Click Apply.

Assigning a price sheet to all collections

To apply the same price sheet to all of your existing collections:

1. Go to Store > Products.
2. Locate the price sheet you want to use.
3. Click ••• > Assign to All Collections.

Note: If you delete a price sheet that is assigned to any collections, you'll be prompted to select a replacement. The replacement price sheet will automatically be assigned to all collections that used the deleted price sheet.

Setting a default price sheet for future collections

You can set a default price sheet so it is automatically assigned when you create a new collection:

1. Go to Store > Products.
2. Open the price sheet you want to use.
3. Select ••• > Set as Default.

Note: If you create a collection using a preset that has a different price sheet selected, the price sheet from the preset will be used instead.
