Price sheets determine which digital and physical products clients can purchase in their collection, and how much they pay. You can create multiple price sheets to offer different products, prices, or fulfillment options for different collections.

Automatic fulfillment vs. self fulfillment
Print fulfillment determines who is responsible for completing your clients’ print orders. When you create a price sheet, you will choose its fulfillment type. The fulfillment type cannot be changed later, but you can create multiple price sheets if you need different fulfillment options.
There are two print fulfillment options in Pixieset:
- Automatic fulfillment: Print products are automatically sent to one of Pixieset’s partner print labs for fulfillment and shipping.
- Self-fulfillment: You fulfill print products manually outside of Pixieset. You are responsible for producing the items through your preferred print lab or vendor and arranging delivery to your client.
Digital downloads are always fulfilled by Pixieset in both automatic and self fulfillment price sheets.
Note: You can add self-fulfilled items to an automatic fulfillment price sheet. This is a helpful option if you want most products to be fulfilled by Pixieset’s partner labs but have select items you want to manually fulfill.
Creating a price sheet
You must create a price sheet before you can sell products through your Client Gallery collections. During setup, you will name the price sheet, choose its fulfillment type, and set its initial pricing options.
To create a price sheet:
- Go to Store > Products.
- Click +Add Price Sheet.
- Enter the basic settings for the price sheet:
- Name: Enter the name that will identify the price sheet in your dashboard.
- Print Fulfillment: Choose whether print products will be fulfilled automatically or manually.
- Print Lab: For an automatic fulfillment price sheet, choose whether Pixieset should use recommended labs or whether you want to select a specific lab.
- Recommended pricing: For an automatic fulfillment price sheet, choose whether to apply Pixieset’s recommended pricing as a starting point. You can customize your prices later.
- Advanced Options: Choose whether to make the new price sheet your default or immediately assign it to your existing collections.
- Click Create.
Managing your price sheet
After creating a price sheet, you can choose which products to offer and customize their prices. The products and pricing in the price sheet determine what clients can purchase from collections using that price sheet.
Adding products
Products are automatically added when you create a price sheet. You can add other items such as digital download and multi-product bundles to the price sheet.
To add a product in a price sheet:
- Click + Add Product
- Select the product type you want to add:
- Digital Download: A single-photo download or full-gallery download fulfilled by Pixieset.
- Package: A group of selected products sold together for one price.
- Self Fulfilled Item: A product you fulfill manually outside of Pixieset.
Hiding products
You can always hide products you do not want to offer. To hide a product in a price sheet:
- Click ••• next to the product.
- Select Hide Product.
Pricing products
You can customize pricing for products in your price sheet after the price sheet has been created. Pricing changes apply immediately to galleries using that price sheet.
To edit product pricing in a price sheet:
- Click the product you want to price.
- Expand each variation to review the available product options.
- Enter the price for each product option.
- Click Save.
Additional settings
After creating a price sheet, go to Store > Products, select the price sheet, and open Settings to access additional customization options.
Use your price sheet settings to control its name, checkout requirements, lab processing, and how products appear in your gallery store.
The following settings are available:
- Name: Update the price sheet title. This is for internal reference only.
- Minimum Order Amount: Set the minimum amount clients must add to their cart before they can check out.
- Lab Color Correction: Have the selected print lab color correct your photos before printing. Color correction is recommended if your monitor is not calibrated for the selected lab. An additional cost applies.
- Only Sell Packages: Offer packages for sale and hide all individual products.
- Quick Buy: Show or hide a section featuring popular products above the regular product selection in the gallery store pop-up.
Tip: For additional options such as bulk markup, setting as default price sheet, and reordering categories, click ••• next to Settings.
Assigning your price sheet
Before clients can purchase products from a collection, the collection must have a price sheet assigned and its store status must be turned on. Each collection can have only one price sheet assigned at a time.
You can use the same price sheet for all collections, or assign different price sheets to different collections. For example, you might offer different products or pricing for wedding, newborn, and senior galleries.
To apply the same price sheet to all collections:
- Go to Store > Products.
- Locate the price sheet.
- Click ••• > Assign to All Collections.
Tip: To apply the price sheet to specific collections only, use the Bulk Edit tool in Client Gallery.
