Once you have created a price sheet, you need to assign it to one of your galleries. Each Client Gallery collection can have one price sheet assigned to it, which will determine the products and pricing visitors see in the gallery. Learn more about price sheets and products here.

Assigning a price sheet to a collection
To enable your Store in a particular collection, a price sheet must be assigned to it. You can create as many price sheets as you like, and each gallery can have one price sheet assigned at a time. You can choose a price sheet under the Store settings of each collection.
Steps:
-
From your dashboard, go to Client Gallery > Collections.
-
Select a collection and go to the Settings tab.
-
Go to the Store tab, make sure the Store Status is enabled, and choose a Price Sheet.
If you do not see the Store and price sheet options listed here, check that your Global Store Status is turned On in your Store Settings (Store > Settings).
-
That’s it! Check out the gallery to see your Store in action.
Assigning a price sheet to all collections
You can also apply a price sheet to all of your existing collections at once, or you can delete and replace an existing price sheet attached to a group of collections.
Steps for all existing collections:
-
From your dashboard, go to Store > Products.
-
Click on the ••• icon next to the price sheet you want to use for all collections, and select Assign to all collections.
Steps for replacing existing price sheets:
-
From your dashboard, go to Store > Products.
-
Click on the ••• icon next to the price sheet you would like to delete and replace, and select Delete.
-
Choose the new sheet you would like to use for all collections currently assigned to the sheet you are deleting.
-
Click Delete. Your new price sheet will be automatically applied to all collections that had the now-deleted sheet assigned to them.
Setting a default price sheet
You can easily set a certain price sheet as the default for new collections. From Store > Products, click on the ••• icon next to the price sheet you would like to set as the default, and choose Set as Default.
This will automatically set this price sheet as the default sheet to be assigned to new collections when the Store is enabled. To ensure your Store will always work with new galleries, one price sheet must be set as the default, and that price sheet cannot be deleted while in this state. You can change your default price sheet any time.
You can also create a Collection Default to define the settings for new collections, including the price sheet. This will override the default price sheet for any collection created using that collection default. In your Client Gallery settings (Client Gallery > Settings), under Defaults, you can edit existing collection defaults or create a new one. Learn more: Creating Collection Defaults
