Client Gallery gives you several ways to control where your galleries appear and who can view them. You can manage access at the homepage, collection, set, and individual photo level, depending on how you want to share your work.

Adjusting homepage visibility

Your Client Gallery Homepage can showcase public work or act as a starting point for clients. Hiding a collection from the homepage does not disable its direct link, and any collection password still applies. You can password protect or disable the whole homepage depending on your preferences.

Password protecting your collection

A collection password limits access to the entire collection. Anyone entering through the collection link or your homepage must enter the password before they can view the gallery.

Limiting sets to specific clients

Client Exclusive Access creates separate viewing experiences for clients and guests within the same collection. A wedding couple could receive every set while guests see only those intended for wider sharing. Event photographers can similarly reserve personal or behind-the-scenes sets for the client.

Allowing clients to hide photos

Some clients may want more control after they review their gallery. With Client Exclusive Access enabled, a wedding couple or portrait client can mark individual photos as private before sharing the collection more broadly. Those photos are hidden from guests but remain visible to you and the client.
