Using Photo Library
Every photo you upload to Client Gallery is available in Photo Library. To access your entire portfolio, go to Client Gallery Dashboard > Library.
Searching photos
Use the search bar to find images using keywords that describe what's in them. For example, search for "bride and groom walking" to quickly locate matching photos across your collections.
You can also search using details you already know, such as:
- Capture date, using a month, year, or date range (for example, Jan 2025 or 2025–2026)
- Filename, including the file extension if you know it (for example, IMG_2048.jpeg)
To further narrow your results, use filters for camera settings (such as lens, aperture, shutter speed, or ISO), metadata (such as orientation or color space), or starred photos.
Viewing a photo
Click on any photo to open it in a lightbox view. From here, you can quickly take actions such as starring the image, downloading it, copying the link, or opening the Info panel for additional details.
Within the Info panel, you can view the photo’s associated collection, file details (such as filename, dimensions, and file size), and available metadata captured at the time of upload.
Your photo’s metadata
Metadata is structured information stored with an image file that describes technical and file-related details like filename, upload date, and capture information. To view this information, expand the Info panel while in the lightbox. The exact fields shown depend on the metadata embedded in the file before upload.
Note: If metadata isn’t available for your photos, check the export settings in your editing software. If metadata is removed during export, it won’t appear for your uploaded images in Photo Library.
