Client Gallery storage includes the photos and videos uploaded to your collections. You can check your current usage, remove content you no longer need, or upgrade your plan for more storage.

How Client Gallery storage works
Your Client Gallery subscription details show how much photo and video storage you are using within your plan limit.
Note: Collections moved to trash continue to count toward your storage usage. They remain in trash for 30 days unless you manually permanently delete them sooner.
Checking your storage usage
To check how much Client Gallery storage you are currently using:
- Click your Profile Icon, then select Billing.
- Under Current Subscriptions, find your Client Gallery plan and review the Details column.
The Details column shows your current photo and video storage usage and your plan’s storage limit.
Freeing up storage space
You can free up Client Gallery storage by deleting collections, photos, or videos you no longer need.
Important: Moving a collection to trash does not free up storage space. To remove the collection from your storage usage before the 30-day trash period automatically expires, permanently delete it from trash.
You can also upgrade your plan to increase your available storage.
