In Client Gallery, you can link each collection to a client profile in Studio Manager. This keeps your client’s collections, bookings, projects, documents, and conversations all in one place under their contact profile.

Adding a collection contact
To link a collection in Client Gallery to a contact:
- Go to Collections and select the collection.
- Click Settings > General.
- Under Collection Contact, click +Add Contact.
- Select a contact or create a new one.
Tip: For high-volume workflows, you can bulk create collections and their linked contacts directly in folders. Learn about bulk creating collections via CSV here.
Viewing a contact’s collections
When you link a collection to a contact, it will appear in their contact profile in Studio Manager. This makes it easy to keep track of your past work with them, no matter how many collections you’ve shared.
